Required to setup your account password. Passwords must have:

1. A password not used in the past
2. Minimum of 8 characters in length.
3. Maximum 100 characters
4. Contain a mix of:
   1. uppercase letters
   2. lowercase letters
   3. numeric digits
   4. At least 1 special character(s) from these options '-!#$%&()*,./:;?@[]^_`{|}~+<=>
5. Can not contain:
   1. any part of name
   2. email
6. Two days after Acceptance Letter

  • To reset your password for SharkLink, SharkLearn, SharkMail, etc (current password not needed)

  • User is the first part of your NSU email address

• Change Password
  • To change your password if the current password is known
• Reset MS Access Password
